Accepting Sponsorship to BlogHer’13

OneSmileyMonkey will be attending BlogHer’13* at McCormick Place and the Sheraton in Chicago (July 25 – 27th, 2013). This will be our second year attending the conference and we are looking forward to this exciting experience.

Individual Conference Ticket: $407
Hotel Stay: $990 Sheraton Chicago (4 nights $200/night + 47.60 taxes/night)
Flight: $790 (Air Canada -Vancouver, BC to Chicago) 
Incidentals: $200
Total cost: approx. US $2,380

What can OneSmileyMonkey provide to YOU, as a Sponsor

  1. Sponsors will be featured on OneSmileyMonkey.com with a link to their main website as well as links to their Social Media Sites (Facebook/Twitter/Google+/Instagram) and more.
  2. Sponsors will receive tweets and mentions on our Facebook page and other networking sites before, during and after the actual conference. Including live tweeting from Chicago mentioning your Business and your Brand!
  3. Exclusive Brand Promotion during the conference. You can send me a tote bag, a laptop cover, pins, stickers or anything else I can wear and/or carry while I am at BlogHer to showcase and introduce your brand to everyone I meet at the event.

Sponsorship Levels

 

Full-Sponsorship (available for a limited time only) $2,380:

  1. 125×125 ad under “My Sponsors” section on my right sidebar for 12 months
  2. 300×250 ad on my right sidebar for 3 months
  3. One full feature post about your brand/company links to your main site and to your social media sites
  4. Weekly Tweet and Facebook mentions about your company and any sales/events happening between now and July 2013
  5. Live Tweets, Facebook mentions and Instagram posts about your company at the event
  6. A shirt with your logo/brand will be worn for a day at BlogHer (excluding formal evening events)
  7. I will carry any swag I may receive with your logo at the event. Your products, Laptop Bag, Laptop Cover Case, Pens, Pins, Stickers and more
  8. Your Company logo, website and Social Media links on the back of my business cards and that will be handed out at the conference
  9. I will run a giveaway promotion for you while I am in Chicago to create buzz around your business

 

Gold Sponsorship $700:

  1. 125×125 ad under “My Sponsors” section on my right sidebar for 10 months
  2. 300×250 ad on my right sidebar for 1 month
  3. One full feature post about your brand/company links to your main site and to your social media sites
  4. Tweet and Facebook mentions about your company and any sales/events happening between now and July 2013(3 per month)
  5. Live tweets, Facebook mentions and Instagram posts about your company at the event
  6. I will carry any swag I may receive with your logo at the event. Your products, Case, Pens, Pins, Stickers and more.
  7. Your Company logo on the back of my business cards and my personal flyers that will be handed out at the conference
  8. I will run a giveaway promotion for you while I am in Chicago to create buzz around your business

 

Silver Sponsorship $500:

  1. 125×125 ad under “My Sponsors” section on my right sidebar for 8 months
  2. One small feature post about your brand/company links to your main site and to your social media sites
  3. Tweet and Facebook mentions about your company and any sales/events happening between now and July 2013 (2 per month)
  4. Live tweets, Facebook mentions and Instagram posts about your company at the event
