Abusiveness/Vulgarity
Advertising may not, be vulgar, obscene, profane, pornographic or contain nudity. Nor may advertising be threatening, abusive, harassing or hateful (racially, ethnically or otherwise) or otherwise objectionable. All advertisement will be approved by OneSmileyMonkey before placement.
Controversial Issues
We do not offer advertisement on controversial topics. Including political advertisements.
Nudity
Advertising may not, be vulgar, obscene, profane, or contain nudity.
Tobacco/Cigarettes
We do not accept advertising for cigarettes or tobacco.
Refunds
Advertisement fees are non-refundable. Ad space credits are available upon request.

All of our sponsored links are “no follow”, we use a (rel=”nofollow”) attribute for all. A disclosure clause will be added to the bottom of each post stating that the post is sponsored. OneSmileyMonkey follows Google guidelines.

Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of OneSmileyMonkey. By entering our open giveaways you do however agree to receive our weekly newsletter, it will be sent to the e-mail submitted upon entry.
Credit card details
OneSmileyMonkey will never ask for Credit Card details and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on OneSmileyMonkey.

OneSmileyMonkey is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.
