Egg Omelet Muffins {Recipe}

eggss

Who doesn’t love muffins? Here’s a fun way to “disguise” a healthy omelet packed with veggies and protein. Sure to be a hit with the whole family.

My boys both love these and I love the fact that they get to eat some eggs filled with good stuff and veggies like spinach!

    I just read the recipe for egg omelet muffins again. I did not make them but think they would be delicious for lunch or supper as well. Thank you for the recipe and, hopefully, I will get my act together and make them.
