Simply Delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 cup milk, divided
12 drops SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops
1 Tbsp canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for sprinkling, if desired
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup brewed espresso

Directions:

* Whisk ½ cup milk, Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in small saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.

*Whisk remaining ½ cup milk and simmer, whisking continually, for 2 minutes. Add espresso and whisk until foamy—about 1 minute. Pour into a mug, and sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice, if desired.

Enjoy!

I love that the new Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops from SweetLeaf® add flavor to food and drinks without adding calories, carbs, or artificial ingredients. Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops are available at www.ShopSweetLeaf.com.

Enjoy!

Not my cup of tea I’m afraid, I’d much rather have a coffee or a latte 🙂

I love PSLs but they are loaded with calories I don not need. This sounds perfect! Thanks!

Might have to try this out. I usually stick to a latte, but the bit of pumpkin is perfect. ALways have a bit left after using it for baking.

I have wanted to be able to make my own pumpkin spice latte – so far, they didn’t come out good enough to share. This recipe sounds wonderful, and I want to try it!
