Pong: Radiation Reducing Device Cases {Holiday Gift Idea}

Pong devices

Cell phone radiation has been classified as potentially carcinogen based on a large global research study by the World Health Organization.  Some studies have even shown that you can absorb 48 to 68% of the radiation from your mobile devices into your head and body.

Yet we still use mobile devices daily and nowadays children spend multiple hours a week handling mobile devices such as Iphones and Ipads.  If you own a mobile device you should seriously consider putting it in a Pong smart phone or Ipad case before using it or allowing your children to use it.

Pong cases have been independently tested and have been shown to reduce cellular radiation by up to 95% below the FCC target. These cases were developed by scientist out of MIT, Princeton, UCLA and Harvard and they are important to use specially for children since they absorb twice as much radiation from cell phones as adults do. (Reported in an article in the scientific journal, Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine).

Iphone 5 Pong casePong cases are easy to use, they just snap on and off and they come in a variety of vibrant and appealing colours. Using one with any device (Iphone, Blackberry, Ipad) that’s given to a child or even used by you or your family is definitely worth it.

Pong just released an iPhone 5 case and I got to try it with my new phone. At home we have Pong cases for our iPad and my husband’s iPhone as well. I believe it is important to have the extra protection, specially when our son plays with our devices.

Pong cases are made with high quality materials, they look great, help conserve battery life and optimize signal strength while reducing radiation exposure.  They come in a nicely packaged box with an added screen protector for free.  One of these cases would definitively make a wonderful holiday gift for a loved one.

    I didn’t know that there was anything like this on the market. I agree that the results of cell phone radiation are worrying. I’m lucky in that I seldom use my phone for making calls, it’s more for msgs, photos and games than anything else. However the younger people practically have it glued to their ear for hours at a time, so radiation could be a huge problem. Good to know that these are out there now.

    I think this devise would be a wonderful gift to anyone who spends a lot of time on a cell phone, especially a child. We are beginning to be aware that the radiation from cell phones and other devices may be harmful.
