EDITED SEPT 2012:  As seen in this episode of CBC’s Marketplace VIM Naturals products may not be as green as the label entails. Be sure to check out the video and final report from CBC for more information on the actual ingredients of this product.

I had a chance to try out a set of Vim PowerPro Natural cleaners for the kitchen, bathroom and all around the house (multipurpose cleaning solution) and I would like to introduce you to their new line of cleaning products.

I am all about reducing exposure to dangerous chemicals while cleaning my home and I really like when I get to try cleaning products that are supposed to be green and that actually work. Not having to compromise on getting things clean while still using green products is great.

The Vim PowerPro Natural Bathroom cleaner claims to be phosphate free and made with 95% naturally-derived ingredients including fermented citric acid that cuts through unwanted grime and limescale.

The Vim Naturals Multipurpose Cream is made with abrasive micro-particles from natural calcite (limestone) and coconut fatty acid.  I used it in both my kitchen and bathroom and it got my stainless steel sinks and fixtures clean fast.

The Vim PowerPro Naturals  Kitchen Cleaner is tough on grease and it is good for glass, granite and laminate counter tops, sinks and stainless steel appliances. I like the fresh scent and that it kill bacteria plus it gets rid of soap scum and mildew.
