Playa del Carmen is also just 45 minutes from the Cancun airport and a short plane ride if you are on the east coast of Canada.

The beaches: If you are hoping to spend time at the beach, swim in the ocean and enjoy the crystal clear turquoise waters then Playa del Carmen is your ideal travel destination. The beaches are charming and stunning, and the sand is white and soft, perfect for long walks on the beach.

    Looks so beautiful! I went to Mexico once ot Riviera Maya and I fell in Love. The beach wasn’t as sandy as this one, but it didn’t bother me.
