Drink your veggies

We were deeply inspired to begin juicing after watching the documentary “Fat Sick and Nearly Dead” by Australian Joe Cross.  The film chronicles Joe’s personal mission to regain his health after conventional medicine failed to help him fight a debilitating autoimmune disease. He was 100 lbs overweight and taking tons of steroids for his disease until he decided to get off his pills and change his diet and lifestyle completely.

The documentary is extraordinary and I definitively recommend you watching it if you are looking for real inspiration to reboot your life and start eating and drinking more fruits and veggies.

For the last few months we have been enjoying the health benefits of drinking delicious green juices daily.  What I love the most is that my little one actually enjoys the juices as well. He is a picky eater and rarely eats his veggies but he has no problem with the juices. He is now drinking half a cup of nutrition filled green juice almost everyday!

Here he is enjoying a yummy Apple, Carrot & Beet juice.  Love the mustache!
