This is one of those great meals that takes little prep time and can be thrown in the oven to bake while you do other stuff, 20 minutes later you get something delicious and different to eat that the entire family will love.

We made ours with vegetables, pretty much what we had in the fridge, but you can also add different ingredients like spinach, peppers or even bacon if you are not vegetarian. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
