Dr. Seuss' The Lorax

Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax from Universal Studios Home Entertainment will be available on Blu-ray™ 3D Combo Pack and Blu-ray™ Combo Pack on August 7, 2012 – both featuring DVD, Digital Copy and UltraViolet™.  The film will also be available on DVD and Digital Download.

We got the Blu-ray Combo Pack to watch and we absolutely love the message this movie sends out regarding the importance of trees in our ecosystem, showing what could happen to mother nature if we didn’t have any trees.

The movie based in a book by Theodor Seuss Geisel (Dr. Seuss) follows Ted’s journey to make Audrey’s dream come true (she wants to be able to see a breathing tree in real life) and the adventures that follow Ted getting and planting the only remaining seed of the Trufulla tree.

Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax is very entertaining, filled with action and it also has some great funny moments. The animation are also fabulous and the colors really pop up out of the screen!

The Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax Combo Pack we received contains a Blu-ray™, DVD and a Digital Copy of the film compatible with iTunes®, iPad®, iPhone®, iPod™, Android, as well as UltraViolet™. UltraViolet™ is a new way for consumers to collect movies and TV shows in the cloud to instantly stream and download to computers, tablets and smart phones.  I love that I can truly watch the movie anytime, anywhere!

The Bonus Features on the Combo Pack are also great, you’ll enjoy unique deleted scenes, the making of, sing alongs and more.  Our favorite was the Seuss it Up! We got to watch a fun tutorial on how to draw the Lorax, a Hummin-Fish and a Bar-ba-loot. So fun!  Be sure to pick up your copy on 07/08/12!
