If you are looking for a practical and unique stocking stuffer for your little one this year then check out the new Reflo Smart Cup, an award winning training cup that is a great transitional tool for children learning to drink from an open cup instead of a spout.

The Reflo Smart Cup looks like an ordinary “big kid” cup but it comes with a Reflo ™ insert that controls the flow of beverage anywhere along the cup’s rim and at virtually any angle. It means that little ones are able to drink from a cup without worrying about spilling!

The cup and insert are BPA-free, phthalate-free and dishwasher safe. The insert is easily positioned inside of the cup and it can be removed easily by an adult as well.

I have been using the Reflo cup at home with my 11 month old and I love that he is learning how to drink from a regular cup. Sippy cups have been associated with dental and speech problems so not having to worry about that and skipping the sippy cup stage is wonderful. We still have sippy cups we take with us when we are on the go but the Reflo cup is a great cup for home use.

We received two cups and my 4-year-old is using the second one. I like the fact that the cup is virtually splash-proof and if there is an accident the mess is not bad compared to spilling all of his drink while using a regular cup.

The cup capacity with the insert in place is 6 fl. oz. and without it 10 fl.oz.

I think the Reflo cup is a wonderful alternative to sippy cups and we will continue using ours with our children. You can learn more about the Reflo Smart Cup watching their video below:

Each cup is available for $6.99. For more information visit: www.reflo.net
