Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Added Comfort

I remember my son’s transition from breastfeeding exclusively to trying out a bottle for the first time. Even though he was still drinking expressed breastmilk it was a very difficult transition to start on the bottle. He didn’t like drinking from the nipples in the bottles and he suffered from fussiness, gas and spit-ups right after feedings.

The new Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Added Comfort baby bottles would have been perfect for us back then!  These BPA and phthalate free bottles have a patented air venting system that helps reduce air within the milk and a nipple that mimics the natural flex, feel and movement of breastfeeding. Perfect for babies who breastfeed and take an occasional bottle or for babies that are bottle feed full-time.

I received a couple of bottles to test and I sent them to my good friend who has a little one month old to try. She was starting to transition her daughter to bottle feeding and it was the perfect time for her to try them out.

She reported back saying that she noticed her daughter was crying less after feedings when using the Closer to Nature Added Comfort Bottles and it was easier to burp her right after. Less fussiness and gas meant a happier baby and a happier momma! She also liked that each bottle came with a nice cleaning “brush” that was helpful when cleaning the bottle parts.

I was happy to hear the bottles were working out for my friend and I am adding the Tommee Tippee bottles to my list of must have infant items!

The new Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Added Comfor are available in both 5 or 9 oz., and retail for $10.99 (single) and $24.99 (3-pack) at Babies R Us. Be sure to pick up a set if you are transitioning your little one to a bottle or if your child is suffering from gas and spit-up after feedings!
