I am a summer girl at heart, I love the sun, the heat, going to the beach with the boys and just sitting by the water. Trips to the beach are fun but there’s something I wish I didn’t have to deal with…..I hate dealing with the sand sticking to my skin after applying sunscreen. It is so uncomfortable and NOT fun. The sand usually stays on my skin even after showering, such a mess!suncomfort

I was recently invited to take part in a product challenge with Banana Boat. They wanted me to test their new Banana Boat SunComfort Sunscreen Spray, a sunscreen that lets you spray, play in the sand then brush the sand off your sunscreen covered skin with a flick of the wrist. I was intrigued and decided to give it a try!

Banana Boat sent me a Banana Boat SunComfort Sand Challenge kit with everything I needed for the challenge, including their new product and step-by-step instructions. I had to spray my left forearm with their new sunscreen spray and my right with the competition, I then pressed both my forearms into the sand and finally wiped away the sand.

I recorded a little video of me doing the challenge. After applying the sunscreen in both forearms I had to wait for both of them to fully dry and I didn’t want to cut the video so I left the drying time in. It takes a minute or so to fully dry in both.

What do you think happened? See for yourself below!

There was a clear winner! The new Banana Boat SunComfort can really make your day at the beach this summer less messy. I am convinced and I will be packing it with me next time we head to the beach!

The new Banana Boat SunComfort spray is available for $9.99 at most major retailers across Canada now.
