skateboards

I am excited to introduce you to the Tony Hawk’s Circuit Boards series, featuring mini remote controlled skateboards that perform cool tricks, have real wheels, real metal trucks, and a contour deck.

We had the chance to try the Power Axle and Half Pipe sets and our almost five-year-old has really enjoyed playing with his new mini skateboards. There are two ways to play, traditional fingerboard style or remote control, turning on the turbo boost for accelerated ramp action.

To power on you just roll the board forward and start shredding. To power off, just roll the board in reverse.

The sets come with very small parts including a mini screwdriver to set up the mini wheels and trucks so it’s recommended for older children. It took five minutes or so to build the skateboards and my son and my husband did it together with my little one assisting by handing out screws and parts.

The Circuit Board decks are also interchangeable with the remote controlled skateboard power axles (sold separately) and the different sets come with ramps that can be combined to create the ultimate skate park!

Tony Hawk Circuit Boards are available at: Target, Toys ‘R’ Us and Mastermind. These are a lot of fun for little ones, sets start at $16 and they are great to collect.  One set of these would also make a great gift for a little one.

I was gifted product for review consideration, this is however not a paid post and all opinions and views on this post are 100% my own.
