Leading Moms is an inspirational one-day event happening on Oct 3, 2012 in Vancouver. The event will be featuring talks from key mom influencers in media, arts, entertainment, politics, science, business, education and more.
The day starts at 8:30 a.m. with a a Leadership Breakfast brought to you by Nature’s Path, followed by an opening keynote from Premier Christy Clark and a morning of brief talks.
Lunch break will include catered lunch and a chance to meet and mingle with other moms and speakers. The afternoon kicks off with a fashion show from local designer Nicole Bridger, followed by more talks and finally a closing keynote from Fiona Douglas-Crampton, CEO of the Minerva Foundation, who’ll talk about the importance of Being Brave.
I am excited to be attending the event and getting inspired by the amazing speakers. The event also features complimentary childcare available courtesy of Nannies on Call and a shuttle service available for people coming from the Tricities and Langley, courtesy of Chevrolet Canada.
