My top mommy tip is go with the flow. Each kid is different, so you have to do things differently with each kid.
Reply
My big mommy tip is to get a good baby carrier! Wearing a baby is a great way to not just bond with the baby, but to calm a fussy baby while getting work done or getting from fresh air!
Reply
My best mommy tip (being a mom of 5) is to embrace each child’s differences and encourage them.
Reply
My best mommy tip is to keep extra supplies and changes of clothes for baby at places you visit often, like relatives.
Reply
Don’t be afraid to ask for help and be specific. Leave a list of things to do on the fridge: wash dishes, walk the dog, bring over a healthy/freezable dinner…Most people want to help they just don’t know what to do.
Reply
I say my best mommy tip is to ask or help when you need it!!
Reply
My top mommy tip is to relax. Your baby can feel your stress.
Reply
If someone offers to help or make a meal for you take them up on it. If you are getting stressed or overwhelmed put the baby in the crib while you take 5 minute break.
Reply
Remember to take time to yourself, before and after baby! When it comes to labour and delivery, try and go in with a clear mind set. If you go in thinking “this is going to be the worst experience/pain ever”, it will be with out a doubt. Know you will rock the heck out of labour and own it!

Snacks, snacks, snacks! Best pregnancy, mommy, and travel tip! 🙂

Seep when they sleep!

There is no such thing as a perfect parents so dont set unrealistic expectations and goals for yourself. Every parent makes mistakes so learn from them and move on. And it’s ok to sometimes want alone time, it doesnt make you bad a mom.
Reply
SLEEP whenever possible – I never feel rested enough now with a 3 month old!
Reply
Listen to your child. Even the smallest things are important. Their cues before they can talk and their words when they can talk.
Reply
Sometimes you have to take a step back and laugh it off when things get too stressed/crazy. Also, stop and listen to your child.
Reply
My best tip for pregnancy is to not let yourself wallow in the sorrows of pregnancy! Keep living (healthily), you can still do most of your regular things (activities, chores, hobbies, volunteer work etc!) during your pregnancy (as long as your doctor hasn’t told you otherwise, of course). I felt so much better with my 3rd pregnancy when I kept busy and didn’t allow pregnancy hormones to run my interactions with people.
Reply
My favorite bit of advice during my pregnancy has been to “just do the next thing”! It’s easy for us new Moms to get overwhelmed and anxious about all the things we need to get done and this new experience, but if you just keep doing the next thing, you’ll feel accomplished and the stress of having your first child, doesn’t seem as daunting!
Reply
Try to enjoy the little moments. Everything goes so quickly that if you don’t “unplug” and soak it in, you’ll miss out!
Reply
Pregnancy & Mommy Tip: Stay well hydrated, eat healthy, and get as much rest as you can. Taking care of yourself will make you a better mom.

Babywearing is a lifesaver!!!! Breastfeed for as long as you can and don’t give up!!!

Get out of the house at least once a day. Seriously.
Reply
A great tip I’ve learned about breast feeding is if you feel like your supply is dipping just eat a bowl or two of oatmeal everyday! Really helps!
Reply
Be patient!!! baby knows when you are stressed so just breath. Take lots of pictures and videos (they grow up so fast)
Reply
my best tip would be to nap when baby does and do not worry about what your house looks like at the time, take the help when offered and don’t stress
Reply
It’s ok to let them cry in the crib if you have to use the bathroom!
Reply
Enjoy sleeping before baby!
Reply
My best mommy tip is to trust your instincts and to realize that every pregnancy and post partum recovery is so very different and that you can’t compare yourself to others.
Reply
Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Getting some sleep is more important for you and your baby. And never compare your baby to someone else’s . They all reach milestones differently.
Reply
The best parenting tip that I ever received was: NEVER WAKE A SLEEPING BABY.
Reply
Get lots of rest while you can!
Reply
Woul love to win this!!
Reply
Accept lots of help, Relax. You will do a great job.
Reply
This is an awesome give away!

Always make sure your children are comfortable to come to you with their problems, They must know that you are available and will give you a fair hearing without damaging criticism. If two or more children, family councils are a great way for everyone involved to air their feeling if a serious problem arises.. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to say how one feels and to feel safe to do so. It is one of the greatest gifts you can give your child.(I read a wonderful parenting book by Dr. Haim Ginott=This was many years ago but his advise is timeless.)
Reply
My best pregnancy tip is to listen to your body and take it easy. This is the time to nurture yourself and your inner child. 🙂
Reply
Don’t have children myself yet but I know my road trip tip will come in useful when I do – always bring a cooler with juice and healthy snacks! You’ll save a lot on food expenses.
Reply
be extra prepared. plan for the worst situations.
Reply
Enjoy the time they grow up fast!!
Reply
Best mommy tip: spend time with your babies–they grow up so fast. Dishes can wait–story-time shouldn’t. Enjoy the sunny days, as well as the rainy ones.
And most of all–listen to your gut. No one knows your kiddos like you do. :o)
Reply
Nothing will ever go the way you expect it to go.
Reply
Everything else can wait, soak up the snuggles! 🙂
Reply
Always plan to leave the house at least 10 minutes earlier than you normally would when you’ve got a little one in tow.

Take it one step at a time. No one knows everything about parenting when they first start.
Reply
My best pregnancy tip is to CHERISH the movements inside. It’s seriously the ONLY reason I miss being pregnant and would want to do it again, but then I come to my senses lol. Just remember that feeling. Maybe record it if you can ! 🙂
Reply
Best Mommy advice is always pack a second change of clothes and have extra wipes and diapers in the car!
Reply
Be patient with all the challenges! With hardship surely there will come ease. And try to create a routine or schedule in terms of feeding and sleeping for your baby, even if it’s a rough one, early on. It will help you stay more organized and plan your days better and will be good for your baby too.
Reply
Enjoy your children as much as you can! They grow up much too quick! And the old saying “spend twice as much time and half as much money on them”
Reply
Seriously play with your kid. Plan it into your day to take even just the smallest bit of time to engage in some sort of fun activity with them and give them your full, undivided attention (no phones allowed!). I find it makes it so much easier to have “Me Time” when I tell him “Mommy’s busy right now but we will have our fun time at 7.” He seems more okay that Mommy has other things to take care of when he knows without a doubt I will be there to play with him and do nothing else during our regular play time. Plus, I am super fun if I do say so myself!
Reply
keep baby wash cloths in your pockets and purse, super great for quick spit ups of whatever else comes oozing out.
Reply
Cherish every moment
Reply
Sleep when they sleep. Harder said than done though
Reply
My best travel tip is to give the address of your hotel to your children so that if they get separated they have the information to get back to somewhere safe

Reply
For the love of all that is holy, don’t let the nasties get you down. People WILL tell you you’re screwing up, you’re doing this wrong, or you should do that, or whatever. Ignore them. Listen to your instincts, your partner, and your doctor.
Reply
My tip is to always carry extra wipes and diapers!
Reply
Consider a midwife, doula and homebirth. Placenta encapsulation and delayed cord clamping.
Reply
I started singing the alphabet and different nursery songs to my baby while i was pregnant, it is so important to talk to your baby early, I have early talkers, wait is that good? haha and don’t forget take lots of pictures, babies grow way too fast
Reply
Pack a lot of healthy snack options!
Reply
It doesn’t matter, if your house is a mess and the dishes aren’t clean, just saviour the time you have together.

Reply
My best tip would be to listen to your inner voice. You’re the best mother for your child!
Reply
My best tip is to go with your mommy instinct.
Reply
My best travel tip is to leave an itinerary of where you’re going (if you know it) with a close friend or relative, along with photocopies of your passport and major credit cards and any important documents you take with you. Make sure you have their number memorized! Include travel agency and hotel numbers if possible. This really put my family’s mind at ease when we happened to be in Indonesia when the earthquake of 2004 hit, as they knew who to contact and where in the country we were at that time.
Reply
Nap when they nap getting caught back up on sleep after delivery is so important!
Reply
rest while you are able to and ask for help
Reply
Mix cocoa butter and jojoba oil so you don’t get stretch marks

Reply
Rest up as much as you can!!
Reply
My mommy tip is to consult a doctor with any health related questions. Using the internet is an easy way to find lots of information, but it’s not always accurate information. It is also often too much information, which can be overwhelming and lead to more stress. Don’t try to self-diagnose – leave it to the professionals!
Reply
Take lots of pictures!
Reply
Do lots of walking, it’ll keep you in shape!
Reply
Although it is hard try to relax and just enjoy your new baby. Don’t fret over every little thing.
Reply
Remember, all babies cry. The more stressed you get when they cry, the more they will cry, and it becomes a bad cycle. Take a deep breath and talk to them in a happy voice, and you will both be calmer and happier.
Reply
Keep diapers and wipes in a large plastic bag so you can easily transfer it from diaper bag to purse to backpack, etc.
Reply

Reply
Listen to your instinct not all kids are the same and what works for one parent style might not work for you so do what you think is right. There no right or wrong way to do things.
Reply
Breastfeed! Once baby comes and you get over the horrible two week hump of tiredness and sore breasts. It will be gold! You and baby will be pros and breastfeed ing will become a joy!! Hang in there

Enjoy every moment you have, it passes by so unbelievably quickly that you’ll regret wasting those moments feeling guilt/disappointment/anger that it didn’t go as planned. My best pregnancy tip is to pick a care provider that you feel has your sole interest and ultimately shares your goal of how you want your delivery to go. I made the scary switch at 20 weeks from my OBGYN to a group of Midwives. I am now 33 weeks and already feel so comfortable and confident in my providers and am at peace with having them by my side through it all. Having the support from professionals as well as family members is key to a stress free pregnancy. I cannot wait to meet my little girl Lily Rain in 7 weeks, and I would love love to win! 🙂

Trust your instincts and don’t pay much attention to what others say. If your baby is healthy, happy (most if the time) and loved you are doing a fantastic job! Don’t be too hard on your self, no parent gets it perfectly right, you are not supposed to, we are humans and we make mistakes but as long as we do it with love and a little effort that is what counts.
