Easy to Make Spinach Nuggets {Recipe}

This is another one of our favorite recipes to make at home. Spinach nuggets are really easy for my toddler to eat (finger food) and he loves them, plus spinach has a high nutritional value and is extremely rich in antioxidants.

  7. I wonder if I can use fresh Spinach vs. frozen? I’m going to give it a try tomorrow for dinner.

    • I am sure you could. I have done it with both 🙂

      • Yes it came out great! We all loved it, I served them with quinoa and mixed veggies. I had to hand mixed it for a little longer so that the fresh spinach leaves would wilt (sp?) a little and make it easier to form the nuggets… next time I’ll try pre cooking them a bit. Thanks for sharing!
