I personally have experienced increased anxiety and stress for the last year, and with the boys at home 24/7 since March of last year, taking a moment to myself, for me-time to take a break, has been nearly impossible.

From the moment I signed up for the program, I received full support from the team of practitioners and experts working with me during my sessions.
My first season was with a Coach. We talked about my goals for this journey during this session and what I was hoping would be my takeaway. I received some wonderful tools that I now use daily when I find myself stressed during the day. I love that the approach was not about just dealing with stress and anxiety as you feel it, but also being proactive and preventing things from getting to an uncomfortable level.
I then continued with meetings once a week and met with a Holistic Nutritionist, a Psychotherapist and an Energy Therapist. You can choose how often you want to schedule your sessions, and you have a total of 10 weeks to complete the program fully.
Their mind and body approach makes so much sense because you are dealing with your mental health and working on balanced physical wellness. Taking care of yourself, your body and your mind as a unit are important and necessary.
I have found the entire process eye-opening and truly beneficial. At this point, I am a couple of sessions away from finishing the program, and I have to say that all the practitioners are truly committed to providing you with the tools you need to navigate difficult situations, and stressors, while staying grounded and building resilience. I was amazed to see how you can change your perspective and see truly amazing changes in your everyday life.
