Looking for a recipe for flourless and low-calorie pancakes? I make these delicious, healthy and super easy to make banana pancakes for the kids every once in a while and they devour them! You just need a couple of ripe bananas and eggs! That’s it!

Yield: 4 servings

2-Ingredient Flourless Pancakes {Gluten-Free/Low-Calorie Recipe}

2-Ingredient Flourless Pancakes {Gluten-Free/Low-Calorie Recipe}
Prep Time 3 minutes
Cook Time 2 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, ripe to overripe (peeled and cut in slices)
  • 4 eggs

Optional:

  • Maple syrup or Honey
  • Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

1) Crack in the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine

2) Add the bananas and mash with a fork or potato masher until the mixture is smooth, stir to combine

4. Spray a frying pan with PAM o coconut oil, cook the pancakes over a medium low heat for less than a minute. Once one side is cooked flip it over and cook for about one minute more. Serve immediately with honey or maple syrup and fresh blueberries.

Super easy, fast and delicious! Enjoy!

    These sound delicious and I just got a while bunch of bananas! I like not only how easy these are but getting fruit and protein in one meal so easily, is a great idea.

    I have tried this before and was so surprised it tasted nice! Something I tried was to add a small handful of coconut flakes just to add some texture!

    I’ve made this recipe several times and I really love it. It is so nice to enjoy these pancakes and realize that we are only using bananas and eggs. I plan on making it again soon. it is one of my favorite recipes for a light lunch or supper.
