Looking for a recipe for flourless and low-calorie pancakes? I make these delicious, healthy and super easy to make banana pancakes for the kids every once in a while and they devour them! You just need a couple of ripe bananas and eggs! That’s it!

  • 2 large bananas, ripe to overripe (peeled and cut in slices)
  • 4 eggs


  • Maple syrup or Honey
  • Fresh Blueberries


1) Crack in the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine

2) Add the bananas and mash with a fork or potato masher until the mixture is smooth, stir to combine

4. Spray a frying pan with PAM o coconut oil, cook the pancakes over a medium low heat for less than a minute. Once one side is cooked flip it over and cook for about one minute more. Serve immediately with honey or maple syrup and fresh blueberries.
