Easy 3-Ingredient Blueberry Smoothy Recipe

I love having a healthy juice in the mornings and I usually make a cup for the boys to have as well. We need all the extra Vitamin C we can get to avoid getting sick. There are lots of viruses going around at the beginning of spring!

What’s your favourite juice?

I was not expecting the three ingredients to be all fruits. This sounds so good while also a fun way to get extra fruit into my kids’ diets.

I like pears, it’s so healthy! Adding it will help the texture become more smoothy like

I love this simple recipe though I don’t have pear often… my go-to is banana and frozen blueberries.

What a great smoothie recipe. So easy it can be bad for the kids before they head off to school.

I make my smoothie with blueberries, apples and grapes. I will replace the apples with pears to see if I like the difference.
