I love having a healthy juice in the mornings and I usually make a cup for the boys to have as well. We need all the extra Vitamin C we can get to avoid getting sick. There are lots of viruses going around at the beginning of spring!

Easy 3-Ingredient Blueberry Smoothy Recipe

Blueberry Smoothie

Yield: 2 cups
Prep Time: 1 minute
Total Time: 1 minute


  • 1 large pear
  • ½ cup of grapes
  • 1 cup of blueberries


1) Wash the pear thoroughly and remove stem and seeds – slice into appropriate sizes.

2) Remove grapes from stem, wash grapes and blueberries thoroughly.

3) Add pear, grapes and blueberries to juicer.

Enjoy! Pour over ice, if desired.
