March is National Nutrition Month and spring has officially sprung, so today we are sharing an Easy 3-Ingredient Blueberry Smoothy Recipe – a perfect drink to help you kick-start some healthy habits this season and get ready for the summer.

Easy 3-Ingredient Blueberry Smoothy Recipe

I love having a healthy juice in the mornings and I usually make a cup for the boys to have as well. We need all the extra Vitamin C we can get to avoid getting sick. There are lots of viruses going around at the beginning of spring!

Easy 3-Ingredient Blueberry Smoothy Recipe

Yield: 2 cups

Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry Smoothie
Prep Time 1 minute
Total Time 1 minute


  • 1 large pear
  • ½ cup of grapes
  • 1 cup of blueberries


1) Wash the pear thoroughly and remove stem and seeds – slice into appropriate sizes.

2) Remove grapes from stem, wash grapes and blueberries thoroughly.

3) Add pear, grapes and blueberries to juicer.

Enjoy! Pour over ice, if desired.

    I was not expecting the three ingredients to be all fruits. This sounds so good while also a fun way to get extra fruit into my kids’ diets.

    I make my smoothie with blueberries, apples and grapes. I will replace the apples with pears to see if I like the difference.
