I love celebrating Valentine’s Day with the kids and we often work on Valentine’s Day crafts together or bake something to share with friends.

Below I am sharing a super simple one bite brownie recipe that is just the perfect size. Not too much sugar and super cute! Because, who doesn’t love heart-shaped chocolate brownies?

Simple and delicious chocolate brownies, perfect for Valentine’s Day parties, birthday parties, baby showers and more.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla essence
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • Colourful sprinkles
  • Heart shaped cookie cutters

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and stir until smooth.
  3. Use another bowl to combine cocoa, flour, salt and the baking powder. After you mix it add the egg and stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the batter into a squared or rectangular baking dish, be sure to spray with non-stick spray beforehand.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until puffed but still soft.
  6. Cool on a wire rack
  7. Once it has completely cooled down, use the heart shaped cookie cutters to cut heart shapes, use the smallest size for one-bite brownies.
  8. Add sprinkles
