Refreshing Celery Juice Recipe

Celery juice has been all the rage in the health & wellness community and it is the one juice everyone has been trying. I love my green juices in the morning and I love changing it up and adding different fruits to my juices in the morning. So delicious and good for you!

There is no better way to start the summer than to kick it off with a refreshing celery juice filled with healthy stuff. Below is a super easy recipe to get you started.

Celery juice has been all the rage in the health & wellness community. This is an easy and delicious recipe to get you started!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 1 minute
Total Time 6 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized apples
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1/2 medium-sized lemon

Instructions

1. Rinse and chop ingredients and run them through a juicer.

2. Drink immediately for best results.

Notes

Benefits:

  • Beta-carotene in celery will promote metabolism, and its large amount of potassium is also effective in lowering blood pressure.
  • Lemon is infamous for its nutrition value of vitamin C, which helps to remove toxins in your body.
  • Quercetin is an antioxidant flavonoid found in apples that is known to work strongly against inflammation. It thus helps in fighting conditions such as allergies, chronic fatigue, and atherosclerosis.

    Will be making this in the morning, used to juice quite a bit and have gotten away from it. Time to get back to juicing, it gives you so much energy and your skin glows. Too many health benefits to mention.

    I have not tried juicing celery, but I heard that is why it’s so expensive now, everyone is drinking it..lol

    Interesting. Unfortunately I am allergic to most raw veggies and some fruit which includes apples.

    I didnt know celery was full of so many nutrients! I used to think veggie drinks were gross until I actually tried them! They are so refreshing and cleansing!
