Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized apples
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1/2 medium-sized lemon

Instructions

1. Rinse and chop ingredients and run them through a juicer.

2. Drink immediately for best results.
