    I unfortunately don’t take enough time to exercise often enough. When my first was born I took long walks several times a week, which worked out well with a stroller. However, now that the cold is here, and I’m back to work I’m finding it much more difficult to get out.

    I do exercise regularly – I did before I was pregnant, and now that I’m at 13 weeks, I still do, although I have stopped doing certain things that were a bit more heavy duty. Would love this dvd to supplement walks on the treadmill and other training that I do!
