Zoobean: Curated and Handpicked Books & Apps for Kids

reading

Did you know that If kids don’t have educational experiences over the summer, they are likely to experience some summer learning loss? You can avoid summer learning loss by engaging your child with educational apps and books using Zoobean.

Zoobean is a service that curates apps, books, and education resources for your child. It makes finding educational materials easy and personalized for your child. Zoobean was featured on Shark Tank in April and walked away with an investment from Mark Cuban!

Using Zoobean Expert is easy. You just sign up and build a profile for your child, then within a few days you will get a SmartList in your dashboard where you can see recommendation and reading guides added for you. You can then refine your own child’s interest, reading level or ask your personal expert specific questions related to child’s literacy.

I was excited to get an e-mail from a real person asking about my child’s preferences and what would work best for him. That’s something that I love about this service, everything is personalized.

I love the personalized SmartList that they have put together for my 3 1/2 year old.  Finding books and apps that are age appropriate and match his interests is easy now. They also included valuable information for before reading, as you read and after reading.

A yearly subscription to Zoobean Expert is $25. I find the pricing is adequate and worth it for the service you receive. There are so many benefits to join! Having a personal expert who will get in touch with you to help personalized your child’s reading guide is very valuable, you can also get in touch with them to ask your own questions.

Zoobean experts are also very knowledgeable and they have created ready-made learning kits including apps and book recommendations, multimedia resources and more that you have access to upon signing up. Zoobean experts add Kits weekly for kids ages 0-8.

We are really happy with this service and I definitively recommend you check it out as well. Reading is so important and encouraging our children to love books is wonderful, specially when you get specific recommendations that are perfect for your child’s age and reading level.

You can sign up now and receive $10 off an Expert membership and 20% off their home delivery service. By signing up to home delivery service you will receive one recommended book a month.

This is awesome. My son is having some difficulty learning at school, more because he doesn’t want to take the time to learn. I should try this. I think he would be more interested in this!
