I can’t believe Halloween is just around the corner, and we are getting close to the holiday season. This year is going by fast friends. So fast!

Today I am happy to be sharing our top five book picks from DK Books Canada for October. We got some great educational books for the kids,  a fun LEGO book and I even got something for myself.

  8. This is a fantastic list, especially for boys. I love how the lego one has interaction to keep their attention. I find that as a teacher, the nonfiction or action-related books appeal more to boys. I love that more and more of these types are being released and I am seeing boys get really excited about reading. I have a son myself and this makes me happy!
