Two of my favorite words are “organic” and “versatile.”  This t-shirt swing dress we received from Redfish Kids out of Vancouver, BC is both organic and versatile which makes it my new favorite piece of my toddler’s wardrobe.

The dress we received is a pale pink and natural white stripe with navy trim around the pockets.  The 3T is true to size, but with the stretch of the fabric and the versatile style which can transition from dress to shirt, I can see my toddler still fitting into it a year from now.  While it can be worn with bare legs or leggings as a proper dress, we decided to pair ours with skinny jeans for a more casual look.

This is the first time I’ve touched bamboo cotton fabric, and it’s fabulously soft.  It feels fancy like cashmere, stays cool, wicks nicely, and doesn’t wrinkle.  In other words, this dress is made of magic.  Oh, and it flows in a really cute, feminine way which makes twirling mandatory.

We broke the dress in right away by dripping grape jam right down the front.  After a mild panic attack, I sprayed a little stain remover on it, ran it through the wash and the stain vanished.  Again, I say – this dress is made of magic.
