I know it is really easy for breastfeeding mothers to get dehydrated in those first weeks after having a baby and throughout the breastfeeding experience. Since I have been exclusively breastfeeding my son from the beginning I have made an effort to drink a lot of water daily and to carry a bottle of water with me at all times.
I usually have to carry the water bottle somewhere else other than my diaper bag as it is way to full and it just becomes a hassle to carry an empty bottle everywhere I go.
