With my two loves wearing my Shine <3

Looking for an easy-to-use device to help you monitor multiple fitness activities, measure steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned and how much and how well you slept?

Enter the Shine Activity & Sleep Tracker by Misfit Wearables. Shine is an elegant all-metal personal activity tracker that allows you to monitor fitness activities during the day, such as cycling, swimming, running, walking and more. Shine also tracks and monitor your sleep patterns during the night.

Shine comes with a sport band and a clasp and it can be worn almost anywhere on your body, on your wrist, neck, shoe, bra strap, etc. They also sell a necklace and pendant that you can use to wear shine like a piece of jewelry. I love how shine is super fashionable and would complement any outfit!

I received a topaz Shine tracker a few months ago and I love that I can set goals and tag my daily activities while wirelessly synching my progress via Bluetooth on my iPhone.

The Shine responds when you double tap it and LED lights indicate how far you are in reaching your daily goal. To use your Shine you need to download their free mobile app on your mobile device. Using the app you can track and see your recorded activity, sleep patters, keep a photo food diary and share your progress with friends via social media.

Shine functions as a watch as well so I wear it with the sport band all the time. I rarely take it off because you can wear it in the shower every day and it is super comfortable. I sleep with it on and I often forget I am wearing it, it is THAT comfortable.

The sports band included is also adjustable so even people with small wrists are able to wear it with no issues.

The all-metal Shine disc is beautiful and I love how light it is. Shine is water-resistant up to 164″ so you can go for a swim and still be able to track your activity, unlike most other trackers in the market. I LOVE being able to track my exercise at all times.

Something else I I really like is that I don’t have to worry about charging the Shine every few days, the battery allows for up to 4 months of life and you will get a low-battery alert when it needs to be replaced.

Overall I am really enjoying the Shine tracker. It is a super easy to use tool to help monitor activity levels and sleep patterns and being able to just snap a photo of your food to add to your food diary is great. Actually seeing everything you eat during the day in photos can give you a good idea of what you need to change in terms of diet/portions when working towards a healthier lifestyle.  I have been wearing 24/7  for months and I absolutely love it!

Buy it: You can purchase a Shine tracker online here for $99.99 or at Apple Stores worldwide. Shine is available in a variety of fun colours and you can also buy accessories for it like a stylish leather band or necklace.

It’s great when something is multifunctional and it looks good too. When it comes to measuring how much sleep I get, I’d wish it good luck.!

I’ve read quite a bit about different makes of these, they seem to be very in at the moment. They’re very good to record activity and sleep – though I’m not sure how the later would help, if someone can’t sleep it’s not going to help is it?
