If you have been following along for a bit, then you know that I have a home gym that I use daily. We have our home gym set up in the basement, and it was a priority for us to have that space in our home, both for our physical and mental health.

Years ago, before we had our home gym set up, I used my iPad and workout in our living room. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a specific space set up as a home gym; you can still work out in your living room or bedroom.

I alternate between strength training, yoga, running/walking on the treadmill and cycling for my daily workouts. I see working out daily as part of my routine, and it helps me tremendously as stress relief and to stay healthy and active to run after my two boys and doggy girl.

One app I have been using and loving for years is the iFit App. My treadmill is actually connected to iFit, so I started using the app when I first got my treadmill five years ago. I also use the app on my iPad and iPhone; I love the content they offer and the many workout options I can use daily. There are even mediation and Yoga classes, and I am obsessed. If you are looking for help with mindfulness, you must check out those classes.

Right now, my favourite classes are the walking/running series with Knox Robinson, the scenery in those videos is just absolutely breathtaking, and the Advance HIIT series with  Hannah Eden; she is amazing, and my muscles get such a good workout each time.

I usually just set up my workouts on my iPad, take it to the gym downstairs and follow along. Super easy! You can even set it up on your T.V.

iFit has content and workouts for every user out there. With more than 100 world-class personal trainers, classes for you to use with your equipment or without, and just thousands of amazing workouts, with real-time stats for you to see your progress. I love that!

You’ll find strength classes, meditation, yoga, walking, running, spinning classes, for all levels.

You can download the app LINK HERE  and start a free 30-day trial today.  I am such a big fan, you guys. I love the variety of workouts and just grab my phone or iPad to get a workout in when I have a moment.
