I absolutely love it and use it daily! In fact I am sharing another recipe I make for my almost 9-month-old. You can add chicken to it if you want as well to add some extra protein or just have the sweet potato and peach on their own.

  10. Maegan Morin — September 28, 2014 @ 11:18 am (#)

  11. Stephanie Phelps — September 28, 2014 @ 11:21 am (#)

I have made some but it was just with a chopper so it did not come out as smooth as baby food so I could not use it! !

  12. Jessibeth Vicenty — September 28, 2014 @ 11:32 am (#)

  14. Mary Beth Elderton — September 28, 2014 @ 11:44 am (#)

  15. Heff — September 28, 2014 @ 11:51 am (#)

I’ve tried making food for my eldest children but, I put too much food or too much water in the blender. Needless to say, they didn’t like it. My blender is now caput and I have a big four month old hungry boy so this would definitely come in handy.

I know my cousin has made her infant’s food at home.

  26. Dayna Wilson — September 28, 2014 @ 3:30 pm (#)

Yeah, my daughter has no time for uber pureed store bought baby food. I’ve tried, she looks at me with utter disdain. She needs some texture to her food, so usually I just toss some of whatever I’m making for everyone else into the food processor and blend it until it’s smooth but still chunky.

  27. Jenn Erin — September 28, 2014 @ 3:40 pm (#)

My sister made her own infant’s food at home.

  28. Emily Linton — September 28, 2014 @ 3:45 pm (#)

I didn’t for my first (I was planning to, but then she didn’t eat any solids for so long that I gave up!), but I would love to for my next!

  36. samyra — September 28, 2014 @ 10:07 pm (#)

yes I did a few times but I didn’t have a cool blending device. Lots of mixing and a mini chopper so it was too chunky for starter foods
