Jumping Our Way To An Active Summer!

Springfree trampoline

As the weather in Vancouver keeps getting nicer and nicer and the summer is just around the corner we are spending more time outdoors and constantly looking for activities and things to do with the boys.

Our boys have lots of energy and getting them active and moving as much as possible is always a priority. Lots of fresh air and exercise means a good nights sleep guaranteed for everyone. And yes, peaceful, uninterrupted sleep is a BIG priority for us!

Enter our brand new Springfree Trampoline.

We are thrilled to have been selected as Springfree Trampoline Ambassadors in Vancouver. Today our new trampoline was set up while our eldest was at school and the boys couldn’t have been more excited about it. They jumped for hours after coming home from school and our eldest went to bed an hour later today because he was back outside jumping after dinner. I love how happy they are and seeing their smiley faces as they jump higher and higher is priceless.

Springfree Trampoline is the World’s Safest Trampoline, they provide the safest spring- less, enclosed backyard trampolines and they are a great way to keep kids happy, safe and active while they play outside.

Am I worried about the safety of trampolines? Not really with the Springfree Trampoline. They have successfully removed the following 3 major impact zones that makes conventional trampolines dangerous:

  • The Springs- on the jumping surface
  • The Steel Frame – on the jumping surface/ jumpers may fall and injure themselves
  • The Ground – jumpers would hit as a result of falling off

The Springfree trampoline uses rods to form a flexible soft edge resulting in the rigid frame being lowered around below the jumping surface, removing two known hazards then, the rigid perimeter frame and the steel coil springs. The trampoline also has a Flexinet to prevent jumpers from falling off the trampoline entirely. So with adult supervision at all times and explaining safe jumping to the boys we were good to go.

The kids are loving it and we are too. I have to admit that I have been jumping as well and having lots of fun on it myself already, new workout idea for me after the kids go to bed? We’ll see! We can’t wait to invite our friends over to test it out as well, so perfect for the summer.

I don’t think they will ever get bored with that trampoline, and is that you in there, too?!!! I think the neighborhood kids are going to want to be at your house this summer.

I can see that everyone’s enjoying the new trampoline. This one looks so much safer than one our neighbours have, no safety netting around there’s, it’s on a slope with the fence right on the edge of it. I worry someone will hurt themselves badly on it.
