Playgro Toys for Your Babe {Holiday Gift Idea – Giveaway}

Are you looking for the perfect holiday gift for an infant in your holiday gift giving list?

Check out Playgro toys and their selection of adorable age appropriate activity friends, with a range of colours and textures for visual and tactile development. We received a selection of their products to try and our 9 month-old little boy loved them all.  They are all BPA-free and designed for ages 0+.

Playgro Activity Friend (Pooky the Puppy)

Pooky the Puppy is a very cute toy made from soft plush fabric, it is super colourful and it has a variety of textures for baby to explore. Pooky makes rattles when baby moves him around, it makes a crinkle sound in the ears and it has a hanging plastic ring that is great for teething babes. It also comes with a C-clip for easy attachment to strollers, car seats and other places.  The puppy is the biggest of all the toys at 10″ long, we don’t use it on-the-go as much and keep him at home most of the time. I found it to be a great encouragement when practising crawling and standing from a sitting position to play with it.

Playgro Musical Pullstring – Assorted

We also received three Playgro musical pullstring toys. These are musical toys that play soothing melodies when the flower clip at the bottom is pulled down. The fun little characters are colourful and they provide visual stimulation for little ones. The perfect stroller or car seat companion!  My son loves the melodies and he gets excited everything he pulls down and gets the sound to play.

They also have a c-clip to attach them to your stroller, car seat or cot. I find these are very portable and keep him entertained when we are out and about.  Nice mixture of plush, woven and hard surfaces as well and the start shaped pull ring is fantastic for soothing sore gums.

All of the fun Playgro characters were a hit with our son and we highly recommend them! They would also make a lovely baby shower gift or the perfect stocking stuffer for a little one. Pooky the Puppy is available at Walmart for $14.97 and the Musical Pullstring Toys are $13.97 each.
